aprils2ndcloset @kboot20 Hi there, they are called fleece lined leggings/footless tights. They much are thicker and plusher than regular tights but not designed to be worn on their own like thicker leggings. They are ideal for layering under tunics, long sweaters dresses and skirts. 💕
