troyjagundez @ktdesouza Yeah, she is a lying theif. But, I figured, if she needs makeup to use for 1 week that badly, fine. She even kept a few of my things. Shes a dirtbag. Just be careful of people who want TOO MANY items. Look at their feedback as well as the feedback they leave other people. Look at the listings of items they bought, check comments.. ect. And ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES of what you are sending them. Even though Poshmark almost always sides with the dirtbag.

ktdesouza Yeah - I get u. I had a lady give me one star saying that my outfit smelled. I was wondering smell like what? Cause I know before I send that it was clean and smelled good. Whatever!!! I treat my stuff with care- that is why they last. Just annoying.

ginaflores78 Same is happening to me. Someone purchased a brand new, never used bag from me and reporting its broken, stained, or damaged. Wtf?! It was never used!!! Can't wait to see how it is sent back to me. If it's damaged, it's from her & now I can't sell it😡

Because you send someone your items, they keep them for AN ENTIRE WEEK before Posh makes a decision, and they do whatever they want with them, and send them back to you AND GET THEIR MONEY BACK! IT'S DISGUSTING! Because my husband is a State Police Detective, he was SO pissed!

Its the fact that shes a LIAR AND A THEIF! She got to use MY products as she pleased and got to keep her money. nd Poshmark allowed it. Ugh! Just irritating!

qualitywear I would feel the same way as your husband! Don't let her get away with it! $150 or not. SHE NEEDS TO LEARN A LESSON! I'm sure she wouldn't do it again or else.. she WILL! I'm dealing with a scam artist myself, mine is for "not authentic". Sadly the buyer has 2 of the same items that she said she purchased on posh and at the store.. I'll probably get her USED item as well! People these days..

qualitywear @troyjagundez I'm new to poshmark and I haven't heard any good things to come from buyers claiming falsely. I've been selling on another site for over 2+ years now with 600+ transactions and NEVER EVER been scammed. Less than a month on here with TWO TOTAL sales and 1/2 is a scam. Really? LOL! And I thought the other selling site was a shark tank of scammers.. I hope your husband gets something done! He sounds like a great person to have around at times like this :)

Victoria's Secret items aren't really "faked" like for example.. coach purses are. & It's like you said, its not really about the money, its just the fact that this person has the nerve to exchange their old for new or attempt to get a free item when they know IT'S NOT RIGHT!

Obviously she REALLY needed some lipsticks for the holidays (this happened a couple weeks before Christmas)! Hope she enjoyed them! I videotape every sale now from packaging, to drop off. People will do anything to get something for free! Ridiculous!

elesescloset @troyjagundez it happened to me too. I sent a NWT pair of Zara heels a and the buyer said they were worn (because she wore them). I couldn't even fit the shoes (the reason I was selling) and poshmark agreed with her because her pictures were of worn shoes smh. Luckily, she was too lazy to ship them back in time and I ended up getting my payment released. It really sucks when you get a dishonest buyer/seller 😢

hay_dani Hey!! I don't sell makeup, but is this something new that people are doing??? I've been on here a couple of years and have always had great ratings, but now all of a sudden people are opening claims on my stuff and Posh is giving them their money back.... Are people just opening claims knowing Posh will do that??? I don't get it

troyjagundez @hay_dani Yep! They usually wait until that third day, so they can use the item(s), then destroy them, take photos and tell posh you sent them that way. People will do ANYTHING to get over one someone else! Its disgusting!

troyjagundez @hay_dani Let people know, make a listing maybe, telling them that you are video taping all transactions. And do it. Thats what I do. I record everything. From packing it up, to taking it to the post office and dropping it off. People will do whatever they can to get free stuff!!

mossandvine @troyjagundez Oh, no. That is horrible! I have had a few issues here on Posh. Mostly with sellers, though. People saying something is new and it is obviously used when I get it. I also bought a vintage Gucci bag that was obviously fake. Bought a "rare" Prada top that was so filthy it was gross. But I have yet to report anyone or file a claim or return anything. Thanks for making me aware there are buyers scanming people. I'll video my higher dollar sales, for sure.

troyjagundez @sungjennifer I know thats EXACTLY what happened. I protect myself by videotaping and photographing EVERYTHING. From looking over each item, to the wrapping up of the item, boxing it up and taking it to the post office. That way, I can show Poshmark proof that Im right. I never sell anything, that I wouldnt want to receive myself. But, people will always try to get something for nothing. I suggest you do the same, photograph everything. And dont delete anything, until your funds are released.
