Beautiful bias cut watercolor look Ann Taylor sleeveless top with tie front. Roll collar in back drapes down to tie that tucks into center tab. Quality finishing as always with Ann Taylor garments - bias edging around sleeve with bust darts for great shaping. Silk look but polyester for easy care with 3% spandex. Measures 29" from shoulder to hem with bust 42" unstretched. Beautiful under black jacket.

@tbrown2018 Sorry - I really can't go that low on this blouse. It's in excellent condition and gorgeous. If I lower the price to 9, you might get lower shipping.
