cali1018 @ndfletcher this one is the exact same as the other one except this is the 4th run on these dresses and they sell out every time. If you are interested I need to make sure I still have the 1X for you but this one and the other one would fit you everywhere exactly as you described you wanted in arms and waist because of the tie. They are both fantastic pieces for what you need love

This is high quality and fits true to size. Don't worry I wouldn't lead you astray with sizing cuz we both lose lol. This is not at all something for you to worry about. This has been 5 stars across the board with every purchase xo
