vnvyboutique @thegirlblatch The skirt's waist is 13.5" across or 28.5" around unstretched. Approx. 18" across or 33" around stretched. Stomach area 33" around unstretched. Approx 38" stretched around. The jacket is approx. 34.5" around the stomach area unstretched and approx. 36.5" around stretched.
