This has been worn twice! It's a silky, breezy tank top from Pins and Needles with a ruffled peplum bottom, very flattering! It's a beautiful cobalt color. It has an open, scrappy back with a bow accent. Just a little semi-sheer, lightweight. The last 2 photos are to show the shape and cut of the top, but I am not selling the top in black, only in blue. ks_austin @dmstafford123 no, it's not sheer like that, you can totally do petals/sticky bra underneath and not have it show! That's how I wore it! Let me know if you have any more questions :)
