@msfashionista78 Yes they are. I am a true 9. Depending on manufacturer I own sizes 8 through 9 1/2, but these are true 9's.

@cabin54 Thank you so much! You're a doll! I have been working in it for a while since I murdered it with tons of bleach and over heating with a straight iron. What works for me is I only use Paul Mitchell products. Hair dye, shampoo, styling products, & styling tools. My hair naturally curly, thick, frizzy, and moderately coarse. It's super healthy now. Finally.
