schwingdawg @beachbon I don't have the exact measurements, but I have an image of the jacket being modeled over a plain t shirt. Maybe the photo could help you "eyeball" the measurements.

schwingdawg @garveetanya well I'd love to sell you four, but these are very rare and I've only got the one. You see, it's made of an expensive material that is only made at certain times in certain places. This is the 2017 model of this jacket. Just doesn't fit me very well. Or else I'd deff keep it for myself!

schwingdawg @laurentrust well considering I fit comfortably in a medium and this is just a tad small on me, I would go ahead and say this fits men's small. I think I'm just too buff for this but I guess a weaker man that wears mediums could fit in this. Not to say I'm super swol, I'm just slightly above average. But long story short, men's small! :)
