winsomewardrobe @monag5137 I'm a 4 and they fit me with room to spare. They're a little hard to measure because they are a stretchy material. My waist measures 30 1/2" where they come to when I have them on and hips are 37". Laying flat and unstretched they measure 12 1/2" at waist and 16" at hips. Doesn't sound like much I know but stretch is similar to a bathing suit but a a bit more soft and relaxed than that. Hope all that helps!
