The dress is floor length, royal blue and strapless. Never worn. On a number scale, I am a size 10 and this dress fit me perfectly. I am 5'9" and when I put it on it didn't drag. It has no problems, all the jems are on the band and there are no tears. I am selling it for $180 and I bought it at $300.
