11thstreet@mhsweethang03 It fits a range of sizes with the stretch factor. I am modeling the small and am petite XS on top (30" chest and 23" waist) but curvier on bottom. Doesn't need to stretch on me where I'm tiny, stretches where I'm curvy. It is the perfect dress for all body types, I've sold many of these since the Fall and everyone says it's their favorite dress 👌

It won't be as tight throughout, but will still be fit nicely especially since you're a D. The dresses are an inch apart in sizing - it's the type of material that stretches to your body. I personally own an S and an M for myself for different looks
