Madewell floral lace skirt

This skirt is new with tag. I bought this as a size 8, but had someone tailor it to my size (size 0). It's just one of those things that has been sitting in my closet unworn. The color is a vibrant yellow. Even though it has a liner, it's a little see through. The skirt falls about 2" above my knees (I'm 5'2").
