beautifulame @dblfriend okay doll this dress has elastic in the shoulder/ bust area as well as in the waist. The large waist measures with stretch 23" across and top stretches to a full 30" across. Please keep in mind that this is measured with the garment stretched. Extra Large top 30" waist 24.
