This dress was bought on vacation in Puerto Rico at a boutique. The dress is a size medium. Runs small. It has a zipper going up the side of the dress, and the dress is cut to be short and sexy. There are shoulder pads in the dress as well. Can do less off posh. Dress listed as misguided for exposure. Paid 90$ for this dress I love it but know longer fits my chest.
