@miralovescandy Its like a thick stretchy waist. It doesnt dig in at all. I wish you could feel it... then you wouldnt even be second guessing your decision :) I am so serious girl. Its amazingly high quality, I was very impressed. But, they were expensive to buy so it doesnt surprise me.

Will power squared! Since Feb 4...no sugar, grains, no root vegetable, alcohol😳😖, no fruit other than a handful wild Maine blueberries. All food is organic, grass fed beef, bison, dairy comes from grass fed cows such as yogurt, sour cream and cheeses. Or cheeses have cheese from Europe. Eggs are from chickens that peck in the dirt not vegetarian fed as is the chicken we eat. Only wild caught cold water fish. No shellfish, no pork.

As internal inflammation reduces, fruit and root veggies will be added back in. Then some Mojitos! As for processed sugars, by my choice, probably not. This was initiated so I could start chelation therapy for heavy metal toxicity. Auto immunes have some direct links to metals.
