It's called a Workbook Tote, but essentially a travel or business bag. 13" tall, top of bag is 20" across, bottom is 15" by 6.5". Interior has padded compartment for a laptop/tablet. Zippers at top for safety. Taupe color. Has a slight dent on front (see closeup pic), as well as a similar one in the back side. Huge price markdown reflects this flaw. NWT!
