bfletch80@tinymama85 I sold a Brand New KVD star studded eye palette and the person I shipped it to is like this isn't new and its 100% New ? You can see comment on my page . I asked her to post it for what she paid because I will not be ripped off by someone trying to get something free pics are on my page I dunno what to do but I know this I want it back just as my pics show when it left out of here ... Have u ever had someone try to get something free by lying ????

tinymama85@bfletch80 You can email support and ask what to do. It looks new to me. Maybe swatched but it's so hard to see on my phone but I don't see in your posting that it says it's in the box. It can still be new with no box. And 50. That's going for a lot more everywhere else. That's a steal even if it wasn't new. You are nice to even offer to buy it back but your pictures to me clearly show condition. And ppl should ask questions first
