Adorable dress from Banana Republic! The material is sheer over a soft cotton material! It has a v neck line and a v back line and a side zipper. I am 5'6 and it goes down to my knees (which is supposed to be the look) it is not transparent and it looks fantastic on!! I only wore it once for Christmas
