jamerine29@susandunn63 - Hi - Yes a medium would work if you are normally a size small in dresses - As far as the bust, it is a stretchy material, but I can't be sure that the bust size would fit - I would actually recommend a size Large for that reason - I can tag you on that listing if you would like?
