I'm only doing this because I was sold a ruby woo lipstick that was promised authentic & it's not. I made these pictures on my own to show the difference, I have a real & the fake next to each other to compare. The give away is when the real caps don't fit on the other one, all Mac caps are interchangeable. Also fake ones are fatter than real ones & shinier (see 1st pic). Be very careful & aware of these sellers. If you're not too sure, please feel free to ask me.

@mariagotera It's so annoying honestly. All of my Mac products in my closet are 100% authentic, I wouldn't want to get a fake item so I would never sell one. That lipstick went straight to the trash after I took pictures. Never use counterfeit items, they have cancerous ingredients in them!

@mariagotera Yes. I paid $15 for it and it's $17 in the store, I would rather have put in another $2 just to secure the fact that it was authentic rather than take a risk. I was so annoyed when I got it. As soon as I opened my package and looked at the box I was so pissed. I can tell a replica from a mile away just by looking at the box, sure enough I opened it and there it was! Fake!
