bethw1971 @moonstick Yes, shoes I sent were almost new, and she had them within 3 days, and wants to talk about shipment time and cleanliness, and also packing. I am with you on the ratings. I don't get it. I had a negative comment 1 time from a lady because the item didn't fit her. Brand new with tags too. I can't squeeze you into it! I just don't get it.

moonstick Unbelievable! I just left her a comment too asking the same questions you did. The shoes she purchased were too in near new condition. I don't sell gross items. I asked her to return my shoes in the same beautiful condition they were when I sent them to her for a refund. People truly can be very unreasonable at times. So sorry we had to have such unfortunate buyer.❤
