stefielouhoo @dawngriz hi there:) They don't seem to run small (sometimes retail items tend to run smaller than usual, but this one doesn't) To me, it seems like a small would fit a size 4 (my opinion based on looking at it.) The last girl that purchased it was also a size 4, but every body is different. Thanks so much :)
