@johnsto thanks for reaching out! Yes, this is true to size and has not been altered. I did not wear the dress so it is still "new". I am a size 14-16. There was room for this dress to be taken in for my size. I've discounted the dress a lot for it to be new. I could go $345. Let me know if your friend is still interested.
