gr8look @cctrt247 hi, the bust is 37" and the waist is 32". This dress is 100% cotton so not much stretch, however the bust does have padded cups that are molded which does add some additional room. I'm a full size 10 with a D cup and the dress is too tight on my bust. I can barely zip it all the way up. Fits great over my hips and waist. It's really cute.
