stefielouhoo @fergy1976 Hello. I am somewhat confused. One would think that since you wrote on my listing in my closet that you would be asking your questions to me. Any other communication on my active listing is technically considered spam. I am offended by your comment. Essentially the message implied that I am a Posher who simply slaps a bunch of nothing on my listings. I posh 12 to 16 hours a day. I measure my items, I don't rely on what the tag says.

stefielouhoo @fergy1976 Tag size is really irrelevant since every single manufacturer has vastly different sizing practices. Hence I take the time to meticulously measure, iron and take my own photos. Which brings me to this question. What is "true to size"? I assure you, there is no such thing. You have 8 items to sell. When you have 630 it becomes very difficult to make everyone perfectly happy and also the understanding that there is no such thing as "True to Size"

stefielouhoo @fergy1976 For me, the constant goal of great customer service has meant pushing myself to the point of LITERALLY making myself sick with bronchitis attempting to stave off pneumonia. I am sure that you are a very nice person and didn't mean harm... but the subtleties in your comment to another buyer essentially implicated me as a deceitful seller and to me- that borders on slander. Thank you for considering my closet, but I think probably I'm not the seller to best to meet your needs.

I don't sell I only buy and I could careless how many items you manage because whether I am in Macy's or online I still expect to be treated as a valued customer in either scenario...

In my world of business we encourage our clients to speak to other past clients because "word of mouth" is the best advertisement and guaranteed repeat buyers...

stefielouhoo @fergy1976 Like I said, I'm sure you are a very nice person and didn't mean harm. But spam on active listings cause me to go and relist that item. Which I have neither the time or strength to do. There aren't "claws that need retracting" to speak of necessarily, simply two very different vantage points. But I do wish you well and great experiences with other sellers in the future.

And you're right my stack of cash is better spent elsewhere, your remarks are plenty enough to tell me that. And a piece of advice is to NOT bite people just because you're feeling insecure and overwhelmed, because that is "borderline" also.
