I used to dance when I was younger, by contrast, I woke up several years ago in bed w/ my left arm above my head & had to go to the ER, I was in pain & limited mobility& they said it was "strained" nope, 8 years later I haven't been able to push-ups or most yoga since. Never take your body temple for granted! Continued success to you!

I was wondering if you could perhaps give me a bit of advice, as I used to pole dance but I just learned from friends, I’ve unfortunately got very sick and have had lots of abdominal surgery so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get back into it, but I’m thinking of taking some classes as I never learned any terminology or anything professionally.
