Typically these gowns are designed for someone 5'10-6" and then alterations are done for anyone shorter I am 5'6 and tried this on and it was defiantly long but I could have gotten away with a 4 in heel.

freeman11 @rdsjacqueline yes it is! I am actually not working today! My elderly pup got extremely sick all night so I have been at the vet this morning! These gown are typically designed for someone 5'10" and then alternations can be made! If you heel height is that high you may not need any at all!
