Inverted Labradorite Sterling dipped triangle with a narrow hammered silver spike. Pendant length is approx 3". New, no tags because it was constructed by me using purchased components. Labradorite is one of my favorite natural stones because it looks gray at some angles, but has a metallic blue Schiller (labradorescence) on both sides. The chain is also Sterling silver and approx. 18" length. Last 3 photos used no filter.

gordomom @trueserenity Thanks for your offer. It's below my cost, but I've sent a counteroffer for your consideration. I'm leaving town Friday afternoon, so purchases made by noon tomorrow will ship on my way out of town. Otherwise, I can ship again Monday. Thanks!

lalunagypsy @gordomom hi Michelle, hope you're doing well! I have a quick question for you about a pair of earrings I have. I know you work in a studio and was just wondering if a post can be re attached to the earring & if you did that or not? ๐Ÿ’•

missnaki
missnaki It is beautiful design and now I'm wondering if you have the same materials/design but with the point of the triangle facing up?
Apr 02Reply
gordomom
gordomom @missnaki I could make a different triangle pointing upward. This size is a bit too narrow at the point to have a hole drilled into it, so I would have to make it a bit wider. I'm leaving for vacation shortly but can work on that when I return if you'd like. Just let me know what you think. Thanks!

missnaki
missnaki Ow I was referring to the labradorite so sorry I was not clear.

gordomom @missnaki oh I'm sorry, I see what you mean. I can actually change it on this one if you'd like. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’

chandlerdesign
chandlerdesign So it's completely sterling and the stone?
May 12Reply
chandlerdesign
chandlerdesign I'm confused on the "dipped sterling part"
May 12Reply
gordomom
gordomom @chandlerdesign the stone has a thin "frame" of Sterling silver around the edges. Sometimes it's thicker and referred to as a bezel. I can add a side view when I get home from work, if you'd like. The dipped versions are customized to the stone. I didn't dip this stone (but I wish I had the tools!). I purchased the components to make this into a necklace. ๐Ÿ’

chandlerdesign
chandlerdesign Oh I see now! :) That's cool I love it. Gorgeous. Are you willing to negotiate a wee bit on the price?
May 12Reply
gordomom
gordomom @chandlerdesign yes, there is some wiggle room for repeat customers ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’ do you want to wait until the other necklace arrives? If so, I can put this on hold for you.
May 12Reply
chandlerdesign
chandlerdesign You can put it on hold? That would be great. I'm probably going to get a couple more things. Hang on one sec while I look back over
May 12Reply
gordomom
gordomom @chandlerdesign sure, no problem. If you let me know the items you'd like, I can create a bundle for you. I'll put this on hold in the meantime. I typically hold for 48 hours, but if you need more time, just let me know. ๐Ÿ’
May 12Reply
chandlerdesign
chandlerdesign Did you already order the fortune cookie necklace?
May 14Reply
gordomom
gordomom @chandlerdesign I haven't placed the order for the FC yet. If you'd like for me to go ahead and order, I can. Did you see the message from yesterday about how they only have 20 in stock? I didn't want to rush you though. ๐Ÿ’
May 14Reply
chandlerdesign
chandlerdesign Yeah hold off on the fortune cookie. But I want this necklace, the thin midi ring in 3, and then I was wondering if you could do something custom... I'm going to leave a comment on the item I'm talking about
May 14Reply
chandlerdesign
chandlerdesign Actually 2 of the size 3 thin midis
May 14Reply
gordomom
gordomom @chandlerdesign Ok, no problem! Yes, I can make a bangle. Do you know what inner circumference you would need (or inner diameter)? Also, I have some thin midis posted. I'll check to see how many I have left but I'm pretty sure I have a few.
May 14Reply
gordomom
gordomom @chandlerdesign I think I can do 50 for the necklace and midi rings. I'll have to check on the pricing for the silver once we know the circumference. It has been running about $23/oz for the unfinished sheet silver. Studio time costs about $15 per session, so my best guess is that a thin bangle would be $30-40(?).
May 14Reply
chandlerdesign
chandlerdesign If you could do it all for 80 that would be awesome... You could take out one of the midis if needed. Just let me know:)
May 14Reply
gordomom
gordomom @chandlerdesign I should be able to with both midis. The bangle will probably take some time since I would need to order a length of sheet. If you're open to a narrower bangle, I can order flat wire, which is thicker, but narrower. I think that may be a little bit easier to customize the length.
May 14Reply
chandlerdesign
chandlerdesign Yeah that sounds good. Can I go ahead and purchase the necklace and rings now? And then the bracelet later when it's done?
May 15Reply
gordomom
gordomom @chandlerdesign sure, I can create a bundle for you with this necklace and the rings. I'll be at the studio on Wednesday and may be able to work on the bracelet if I have enough materials. Otherwise, it might be a few weeks - I go about every other week. Thanks!
May 15Reply
chandlerdesign
chandlerdesign Sweet. No rush on the bangle. Tag me when u make the bundle:)
May 15Reply
gordomom
gordomom @chandlerdesign ok, sure will! It will probably be tomorrow afternoon or evening. I have to head out early in the AM for an event and won't be home until late afternoon. I should be able to ship Monday though. Thanks so much!
