mmmartha @hpickett I'm 5'9 (almost 5'10) and it was floor length on me when i bought it. I'm out of town right now but I can post the length measurement in a couple of days when I get home! I might be misunderstanding though, are you asking if it can be floor length and still be a size 8? Because yes.
