Adorable Forever 21 dress

I love this dress! Only selling because it doesn't fit properly. Cap sleeves, invisible zipper in the side. Cute floral pattern. Small rips in sleeves bc I tried to remove the elastic to make them looser. Can't see from a distance but I'm lowering the price because of this flaw. Open to offers and trades!
