retrocollective@carriedaway27 I don't think so. It is a size medium in juniors sizing however it is looser and flowy. I wear a 4-6 (27/28 jeans) and I am a d cup though in the model pic I'm wearing a sports bra. I wear medium and sometimes small in both womens and juniors depending on the brand and it fits flowy on me

retrocollective@carriedaway27 ok it measures 16 inches flat across the chest from pit to pit and 18 inches from the neckline to the hem. The small part that sits right under the neck(where it looks kind of halter top ish) measures 8 inches across. I added a picture for you
