poshfabfashion @ashley1985 this measures about 19 inches laying flat from underarm to underarm and it does have some stretch to it. I believe it actually will fit a 10. If I can answer anything else please let me know and again sorry for the delays in usually much quicker at responding! Some unexpected life events! Sorry!

poshfabfashion @ashley1985 measuring from the center front of the neckline to the bottom...before trim is about 22" and about 25" with trim. This is kinda short so probably a good length for you...maybe mid thigh ish hard for me to say...as I'm almost 5'7 I could measure on my daughter when she gets home she is 5'4...let me know if I can help any further!
