kaleyheider @esteppy of course :) when laying flat from side to side measured across the bust I measured around 28inches - it's hard to be precise because it is a loose relaxed fit all around. I would guess it could fit an XL it's just a matter of how loose you wanted it. When worn it's not that wide of a bust because it's not laying flat so I'm not sure how accurate that measurement will be to help but I'm going to add a pic ( sorry for poor lighting)
