Crochet Garden Party Dress

Lovely knit dress with crochet detail at neckline, ruffled sleeves and hem, and waist tie. Made of stretchy material. 65% rayon, 35% nylon. Marked size S, and it is a true size 2-4 (flat measurements won't be accurate because of the stretchiness). Probably fine on size 0 too. Excellent used condition! Worn once to a wedding and hand washed.
