sassysuzzy @heatherban I'm so tired of woman being defined & defining themselves by a size. We can be Beautiful at any size. 20 yrs as a Psychotherapist working with Eating Disorders & girls dying for lack of nutrition makes me want to scream!! Media, magazines & models have given our Girls such terrible body images that it is now the #1 Mental Health Disorder that people die from.

sassysuzzy @heatherban We can't tell it loud or far enough. It has taken lives that could have been joy filled but instead were focused every minute of every hour on how bad they looked. Never good enough & full of shame. The youngest I ever treated was in 2nd Grade. A beautiful smart tiny girl but someone at school told her she had fat thighs. She almost starved herself to death. Something is wrong with our culture!

sassysuzzy @heatherban Thank you for your comments. I hear quite often from girls about the pain they've suffered over Body Image. What a lot of time wasted when you could be focusing on how God created you just the way you are. Beautiful comes in all sizes, shapes & colors.

sassysuzzy @heatherban That is so often how a eating disorder starts when a family member ,Akers a hurtful comment. I've had to set a few people in my Family straight. It's all so ridiculous. Aim for being healthy & being the best YOU that YOU can be. My Dad always told me, "There's only one you. You are one of a kind. Be the best you!!" I'm 63 & the older I get the more I understand his wisdom. He died when I was 19.
