It appears as though it is a two piece dress - but it is not! The top half ends at the waist with about an inch of sheer material keeping the top and bottom connected. The top of the dress has beautiful beading and from the sheer "band" at the waist, the bottom flows out. This dress HAS been hemmed! I'm 5 feet and with 4 inch heels on the dress just perfectly swept the ground.
