awmeys @petalsandpearls Hi Heather! I saw you said the length was 31". Can you tell me if that measurement was taken from the neckline down or the shoulder? I want to get this but 31" would be waaaaaaay too short of a dress for me if it was taken from the shoulder down to the hem. Thanks!
