joannemarieeee @dnarken hi you purchased the 9west heels from me. I shipped them today I tried cleaning them and they peeled a little on the foot bed. Anyhow they're still wearable. I'd like to offer u a refund. Or you can have $14 credit. (I still shipped them but I'd still like to offer u either or)
