90's Retro Couture Saks Embellished Cocktail Dress

Dress is beautifully beaded in a vertical angle over a velvety floral design. Comes to the high thigh with one slit. Two sets of silver satin cord spaghetti straps cross the back. Dress is completely lined and has a satisfying and luxurious weight to it. Measures 32 inches in length. Bust is 32 and waist is 27. Rayon and silk with glass beads. Mid to late 90's era. Has been stored in a plastic garment bag. NWT
