This posher scammed me out of $120. They advertised a brand new with tags bikini set. Both stated and showed pictures of a new set with tags. The set she sent me is absolutely disgusting! Every inch of this set is covered in stains! Green, blue, black, even the bottoms are tinted pink! The crochet is stretched out and in horrible condition. I contacted her and @natashau22 blocked me. Please share this! Most important to me is not the money but the fact she remains in our community on poshmark.

hshae1@tayschiff You can intercept package through the post office. I've done it before and the other person never got their trade. Also it's a legally binding contract and a person cannot use the post office to commit crimes (like steal, as it's a FEDERAL crime). I've seen a few get their items back. Posh is no help, but you can get items back. They think they can get away with a scam because Posh doesn't protect us... but, the post office can help. Just FYI 💕

tayschiffPlease note our transaction was done outside of poshmark and that is why I am not protected. Take my bad experience as a warning to never take transactions outside of posh. This seller had good feedback prior to this and that did not stop her in her decision to scam me.

angela_marie25Sorry to hear that this happened to you. Scammers ruin posh for the rest of us honest sellers. Did you use pypl? I've learned from bad experiences to send money trough goods and services when doing pypl transactions. Even though there's an additional fee it's minimal compared to posh's 20% and that way you are protected by pypl. Users who only accept friends & family have something to hide and are sketchy.

tayschiff@angela_marie25 Hi, thank you for your support. We did it through goods and services but there was no description for the item so I am worried about my ability to get my money back. I opened a dispute with her but she has obviously failed to respond, she apparently has no morals because she doesn't even feel bad about what she did. She just blocked me straight away.

kai94Wow! 🅿️🅿️ has been nothing but accommodating for me when an issue has arose I would still try to get in contact with them ✌🏼️ and now you know to always ask for a detailed inv in the future so you are protected. Sorry this happened!

lys41I think to qualify for free shipping you have to spend at least $50.01, not too sure tho. also, if you call 🅿️🅿️'s # directly, they can help you faster! :) that's how I got my money back when someone tried to scam me a year ago

dinnawaterman1There is another scammer, @ecsync/Evelyn's Closet. I purchased a bodysuit from the app 'Shein' for $9.99 regularly $17.50. This scammer list the same bodysuit and the same picture from the same App for $45 regularly $85!!! When I notified PM they said they didn't have any rules against it :(

dinnawaterman1No, I purchased it from the Shein App. And loved it. Then noticed the same item with the same picture from Shein in @ecsync's closet for a HUGE markup. What a rip off claiming it was regularly $85 when it was $17.50. The bodysuit was nice but no way worth $85.

tayschiff@dinnawaterman1 Unless she claims to be selling a brand name and is actually selling a knock off version posh doesn't have rules against it. That's good you didn't buy it from her, that's quite a mark up. I don't think many people will pay such a high price for something that isn't high end though, and I doubt she has many happy customers if the quality is actually poor

When I got it, it had some signs of use but nothing as critical as yours. I'd be fuming! And to think I was interested in that same exact set (at least the bottoms) and her Mikoh pieces...

sillyyteeBut 🅿️🅿️ may help you! I had a transaction on 🅿️🅿️ through goods and services for a product listed on Posh. The girl was unresponsive but was constantly logging onto Poshmark... I filed a dispute and got my $90 back in 2 weeks. So there's still hope :)

tayschiff@jessfaugno22 @acaciaaddiction I just saw her comment on her listing.. Is that why the crochet was falling apart? The entire thing was covered in sand stains? And the bottoms were tinted pink? Not to mention the "crayon" stains. The fact that she sold it to me with completely inaccurate photos of a bathing suit that was brand new with tags is ridiculous. And @natashau22 you obviously don't regret it because you blocked me and didn't give me my hard earned money back..

It's not like I can bleach it, it would ruin it further, and the whole thing has sand in it and that will not come out. This set is worthless and you took $120 of mine.
