Ann Taylor dark navy and yellow flower dress 0P

Beautiful flowy and light summer dress. Empire waist, pleated top (2nd pic), 100? silk overlay and fully lined. Attached sash to tie into a bow in the back. It is in excellent condition. Perfect for summer weddings and cocktail parties. I have this dress in a 4 as well.
