Soft, fun and flirty blue and white polka dot dress from Xhilaration. High-low style with ruffle around the entire top. Adjustable straps. Some fraying on very bottom of skirt where some stitching came loose. Elastic cinched waist to flatter your figure! Tag sad medium, but I wear a small and it fits me perfectly. 47" at longest, 18" chest, 13" elastic waist. 100% rayon. My dress form is a size 2 for reference.
