Fantastic, sophisticated strappy espadrille. Black, woven raffia wedge, canvas criss cross elastic straps, bronze-colored hardware. Leather sole. 4.25" heel; 1" platform. Widest part of foot is 3.5" There is separation of the leather upper& raffia at the lowest ankle straps on both shoes. It doesn't affect their use as they're sewn in, but you'll notice when putting on (probably not while wearing). Plenty of wear left on the soles; no odors. Size 39 = 8.5 US, according to a conversion chart.

neatotorpedo@hbhydro I'm so sorry not to deliver the extra photos yet. Cell camera (much better camera than my el cheapo tablet!) & all my phone's media galleries are out of commission. Trying to see if I can move the files safely before attempting new photos (that could overwrite, depending on what the problem is). :( I hate to have you waiting! I also hate having my photos disappear--backups are important, in hindsight. Again, I'm sorry for the delay.
