Hi @krc774 i'm guessing it all depends on the brand and how they are made. I'm not sure as far as this pair goes. They are new. I never wore them out. I've only tried them on at home. My right foot slips out of any shoe without a strap now so I've been posting all of my shoes that the right foot slips out of. ☹️
