allyrio Hi Ashley I just got a text from Poshmark and they told me if you have a problem with the order you need to contact them. Please feel free to do what you need to do to receive the packing slip you need or I will personally refund a percentage off the boots if you want to keep them and have the tear fixed, not sure if you can sew it. I can send you half the money by mail in an envelope!! Ok let me know what you decide? Sincerely Ally
