Super cute dress from ModCloth (Minuet brand) in rayon with a bit of stretch. The top is black with an eyelet overlay and the bottom is teal with pleats near the waistline. The dress is fully lined with a back zip, 18" from bottom of waistband, 14.5" across waist. A really flattering dress but too short for me 😢
