An adorable, flouncy A-line mini skirt from American Apparel. Light, summery and playful! I wore this for the 4th of July last year and it was perfect. The waistband is elastic in the back (picture 3) and there is a side zipper (picture 4). Only worn once! Please feel free to make me an offer or request a bundle!
