Does the bottom have elastic? Wish i could see a pic of the entite shirt.

it does not have elastic. Since they are tiered ruffles the bottom is the end of a ruffle.The last pic shows the bottom edge

I still can't see the bottom esge very well in that picture.. Only a small bit shows of the bottom
