Punched out eyelet romper with contrast lining. Back zipper, slant pockets. Lining is flesh tone on ivory and black. Eyelets are large (see third photo for size). ptl8 @evyalmont I've read his site before. ..had some good ideas. Learning how to make homemade beef bone broth (not on his site I don't think) was one of the best things I've done. you cook it for 3 days, the marrow and vegetables nutrients are leeched out from a little apple cider you cook with it. After u strain it, it's delicious and nutritious. Was the only thing that helped me get off tpn and when my gut isn't working right. ....look it

ptl8 ..up and lmk what u think. I use my food saver and freeze cup fulls to have for a snack or breakfast. Clean eating is good but hard too :( I wish u luck with ur research! what part of the country do u live in?

evyalmont @ptl8 Yes I saw the bone broth there too and remember my grandmother would use to make that broth too. I am trying to eat clean in the sense that I eat much moregreen vegetables and fruits and ofganic wheneverpossible. Less processed foods and sugar. Although I love chocolate but I have the dark one.
