This dress is stunning and worn only once. The black portion and the underneath white portion (see picture 3) are bandage material and very stretchy. The long part is see-through and flowy. The length was perfect for me (I'm 5 feet 5 inches) and my heels were no more than three inches tall. No longer available to purchase at BCBG, so this is a great find for the upcoming prom season. Willing to negotiate price. Fits up to a size 6
